Book Clubs did a project on endangered animals and mine was the Amur Leopard! We did a green screen project to add to it. We really wanted to advocate for these poor animals. I hope you help these animals and like this video!

Our class loves space. We loved it so much, we made a comic about one. We used two apps, the NASA app and comic life (3). The NASA app gave us amazing photos of space. Comic life gave us the power of making the comic.

Every week, our teacher gives us a vocabulary word that we have to figure out. Sometimes, she tells us a vocabulary story and we have to use the moves that we make up. So she challenged us to write one- so I give you mine to read (enjoy as always )…

One tranquil day, inquiring scientists wanted to know what luster created Atoms. They would contemplate a tenacious plan. They would hastily grab one and scrutinize it. Aghast, the Atom had a predicament. He had to strive to get out. The scientists were exhilarated what was embedded inside him. The scientists made him diverge off schedule! Now he’s 24 minutes .37.25 seconds late for work! ” OH NO! ” he said ” This is bad, this is really really bad!!!” The scientists tried to distort him, but he wouldn’t stop moving. The scientists thought of vast amounts of ideas, yet, none worked. The Atom had to use his prowess to escape. But to explode, you need three Atoms. He adeptly sent a message to get two more Atoms. The sound diminished, and two more Atoms came. They nestled together to explode. He had a quandary about what he was going to do when he gets back. He thought about eating innumerable waffles, or have a high vantage of a city from a plane. They tenaciously exploded and knocked out the scientists and lived happily ever after.

Our class went in an awesome app called Storybird. Storybird is an app that you can make books and share them and read other’s books. First, we had to create a story and add pictures that make sense. It was complicated to find the correct pictures to the correct wordings. You can make it a chapter book or a picture book. Mine isn’t that funny, it’s more serious than a joke. My story is about a knight who challenges the ultimate dragon and died and his brother challenges the kraken. Like you can’t have an apocalypse story and have a picture of a princess. First, you have to find a starting page and when you do that, you have to make a cover and select pages that you will find on the left and right of the screen. This was a fun project and I want to do this awesome app again and again.

Our class did a two voice poem about one marine mammals and one other thing, we will record in GarageBand. First, we had no idea what to write about so we read books that might inspire us, then we got to work. I personally think this was really hard for me to do so I had to do two animals that I know something about, I did a sea spider and a lizard. I was astonished about my own writing. I thought to myself, how will I be able to record this in GarageBand and suddenly at the last moment, the teachers gave us a partner to work with. My partner was Curren and we practiced reading it till we thought we could record. When we recorded we had to do Curren’s 2-voice poem. I had so much fun making this two voice poem!!!

This is about our class doing a product review. In January we did a product review (A product review is where you take a product and you make a video of how you feel and what the product is!!!) about one thing we got for Christmas. I choose Anki Overdrive. It wasn’t easy, it was a nightmare, we had to make the slides, we wrote what we wanted to say, we had to practice, we had to put it on cards and record. The first slide I recorded 25 times on the second slide I recorded 30 times. LEAVE A LIKE!!!!!

We have many species of snakes in California like King snakes. I saw one in a tank at the NAT. King snakes squeeze to get their food and they can eat rattlesnakes and they don’t get poisoned by rattlesnakes. King snakes when they are a baby they are usually three feet long when they grow up they five feet and they are huge! When they are a grown up they are one foot longer than me and I’m 4 feet tall. And this is an imovie of a King snake and a different species of a King snake.

There is a place called Cardiff. You can surf, boogy board, skateboard, and swim. You can take a hike and walk, mountain bike, camp, and eat donuts. And Cardiff is near Mexico. Cardiff is great! The beach is always clean, people help clean up the beach.  And there are waves to ride and dog beach is fun for humans and dogs. You can play beach volleyball. You can watch them play. And Cardiff has great hiking trails. They are important to me because I get to be active, amazing, get to see lizards, ants, and spiders with my family and enjoy the sun set.  Cardiff is the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! place in the world because we don’t get floods ever. We get tsunamis once in a while and we don’t have robbers ever. We don’t have tornados or hurricanes and our schools are greater than any other schools in the universe.
